Gift cards are non-refundable, and must be used within 365 days of purchase. Gift cards will become void upon expiry. Gift cards can not be redeemed for cash.

How to redeem a gift card:
To redeem a gift card, follow the simple steps below:

• You need your unique gift card code, which was emailed to you as an attachment. It will have 3 digits seperated by a dash eg X12-Y23-Z34-56
• Browse the store and add items to your cart as you normally would.
• Click on Checkout and type your gift certificate code in to the 'Redeem Gift Certificate' box and click 'Go'.
