The skull sits alongside the Deathbat as one of Avenged Sevenfold's long-running visual anchors, running through Waking the Fallen and City of Evil sleeve print. The distressed treatment weathers the edges of the design so it reads as broken-in on the jacket rather than mint.

The four-sided cut runs roughly 30cm across the top, 27cm across the bottom and 36cm in height, giving the artwork the full back panel of a battle vest or denim jacket to breathe.
