The Stage came out in October 2016 as Avenged Sevenfold's seventh studio album, and it pulled the band away from their usual melodic-metalcore register toward a longer-form, progressive shape (the closing title track runs past fifteen minutes). The astronaut imagery on the sleeve carried a science-fiction line the band hadn't leaned on before, and the badge pack lifts fragments of that visual language into a set of round button badges.

Multicolour print across the badges keeps each one distinct in the pack. Retail-pack presentation makes it gift-ready straight off the shelf, and each badge closes with the standard pin-back fitting to sit on a lapel or a bag strap.
