MTV Unplugged in New York was recorded at Sony Music Studios in Manhattan on 18 November 1993, a single-take acoustic session with the Meat Puppets guesting on three tracks. The set later ran as a live album on DGC in November 1994, framing the black-and-white photo pool this patch draws on.
