Rock and Roll Over landed as KISS's sixth studio album on 11 November 1976, arriving hot on the heels of Destroyer and Alive!. Cartoonist Michael Doret hand-lettered the sleeve as a comic-book cluster of the four members in full Starchild, Demon, Spaceman and Catman makeup, and the tee carries that lettering onto the chest.
