The Who came out of Shepherd's Bush in 1964, sharpened up on the Marquee residencies, and by the late sixties had turned photo-frame ephemera (press shots, tour books, single sleeves) into part of the visual language of British rock. The print treats one of those band-photo studies as the whole design rather than a page decoration, which suits a band that always had as much personality in stills as on record.

The garment is a standard unisex short-sleeve cut in the recycled-fibre blank, sized Small through XX-Large in a single Blue colourway. The framed print sits centrally under a jacket or waistcoat for gig nights, and holds up on its own for record-fair or pub rotation.
