Dark Side of the Moon arrived on Harvest on 16 March 1973 as Pink Floyd's eighth studio LP, with George Hardie's prism-and-spectrum artwork commissioned via Hipgnosis at Storm Thorgerson's direction. The distressed print treatment here reads the sleeve back through faded, worn-in ink for a vintage-tour finish across the front panel.
