Issues is Korn's fourth studio album, released in November 1999 on Immortal Records via Epic with Brendan O'Brien producing at Conway Studios in Los Angeles. The ragdoll cover came out of an MTV fan-vote competition, sitting between the Follow The Leader breakthrough and Untouchables.

The textile is 100% polyester, printed at approx 70cm × 106cm for tacking to wall or ceiling. Tougher than paper, lighter than canvas.
