The Misfits' Crimson Ghost skull, adapted from the 1946 Republic serial of the same name by the Danzig-era line-up, is the outfit's central visual identifier. The Biker treatment reworks the skull motif into a motorcycle-club composition that carries the horror-punk band's aesthetic onto a full-panel crest.

The cotton-polyester woven face is sized for a jacket or vest back panel; sew around the perimeter with heavy-duty thread or heat-seal from behind and top-stitch for a permanent hold.
