Twelve Carat Toothache landed on Republic Records in June 2022 as Post Malone's fourth studio LP, cut with Louis Bell, Andrew Watt and a Rick Rubin appearance on Waiting for Never. The record pulled Post's country and rock leanings alongside his hip-hop base and threaded features from Roddy Ricch, The Weeknd and Fleet Foxes' Robin Pecknold. The tour graphic became one of the era's cleaner reads and the red colourway pushed harder against the record's blue-lit stage design.
