Scorn Defeat is Sigh's debut studio album, released in September 1993 on Euronymous's Deathlike Silence Productions out of Norway. The Tokyo trio put the Japanese scene on the black metal map with the record and progressively pulled avant-garde and classical layers into the following LPs.
