The Wehrmacht artwork is one of the Slayer visual pieces that runs across the band's 80s-era merchandise from Reign in Blood through South of Heaven, historical-military imagery reworked into the Slayer visual register, distinct from the album covers themselves. The back patch reproduces the design as a full-panel woven crest.

The cotton-polyester woven face is sized for a jacket or vest back panel; sew around the perimeter with heavy-duty thread or heat-seal from behind and top-stitch for a permanent hold.
