Issues landed in November 1999 on Epic Records as Korn's fourth studio album, the Bakersfield band's record where Falling Away From Me, Make Me Bad and Somebody Someone set the nu-metal catalogue alongside the Brendan O'Brien-produced sound. The album cover carries the broken rag-doll motif used across the Issues run.
