...And Justice for All landed in August 1988 on Elektra Records as Metallica's fourth studio album, the Flemming Rasmussen-produced run where Blackened, One and Eye of the Beholder anchored the catalogue. The chained-Lady-Justice cover by Stephen Gorman, drawn from a James Hetfield concept, sits at the centre of the sleeve, with the Hetfield-drawn band logo first commissioned for the 1982 first single carrying above.
