Kill 'Em All was Metallica's July 1983 debut on Megaforce, working-titled Metal Up Your Ass before the shift, and the record that launched the Bay Area thrash template with tracks Hit the Lights, Whiplash and Seek and Destroy. The patch reproduces the sleeve's hammer-in-blood image as a woven crest.
