1962 is the year Brian Jones, Mick Jagger and Keith Richards began rehearsing as the Rolling Stones, a six-decade run that has outlasted virtually every contemporary act they started alongside. The patch is essentially a date-stamp for that legacy, dropped onto whatever jacket needs it.
