TV On The Radio came up out of Brooklyn in the early 2000s, fronted by Tunde Adebimpe and steered by Dave Sitek's production into a sound that fused art-rock textures, electronic processing and gospel-trained harmony. The band's visual world has always leaned into sketchbook surrealism, and the One Eyed Bird motif sits in that same hand-drawn register.
