The Presidential Seal is Arturo Vega's Ramones eagle logo, drawn in 1976 as a parody of the US Presidential Seal for the CBGB Bowery years. Vega worked as the band's art director and lighting man from the mid-seventies onward, and the seal has stayed in continuous circulation since. Probably the most-worn punk logo in the world.
