Dear Monsters landed in October 2021 as the LA five-piece's third record and the first with Daniel "DL" Laskiewicz taking the vocalist chair, produced by Kane Churko and pushed through Better Noise Music. The record marked a hard reset in the band's arc after Never Say Die, with the eye-and-logo art direction framing that new-vocalist era across the sleeve and tour merch line.
