Shipping policy
Order processing times: Most orders are processed within 5 working days, however, during busy times it could take up to 10 working days. Once the order has been processed it will be dispatched for shipping.
How long does shipping take?
In stock items will be dispatched as soon as it has been processed.
Please note, we do not stock all 8000+ items, and have to order from our licensed partner at times which could cause a slight delay. We will however, get the item to you as quickly as possible. Once the item has been received we will dispatch it within 2 days.
Will I need to pay customs fees?
Customers are responsible for any customs fees incurred (only applicable when ordering internationally). All items are dispatched from the UK.

My order should be here by now, but I still don’t have it. What should I do?
Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
● Ask your local post office if they have your package
● Stop by your neighbours in case the courier left the package with them
If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn’t left at the post office or at your neighbours, get in touch with us at customerservice@atcmusicmerch.com with your order number and we will try to assist as much as possible to help locate your parcel based on the tracking information available.
If you entered the wrong delivery address, you will need to place a new order.
