Thank you for ordering from us!
Exchanges:
To exchange an item for a different size, please place a new order, All available items and sizes are on our website.
You can then return the unsuitable item from your original order for a refund if you are within the terms of our returns policy below.
Returns:
We hope you love everything you buy from us, but should you decide to return an item, we will issue a refund if it meets the guidelines below:
· Item(s) must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
· Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed and in a resell-able condition with all tags still attached.
· Unfortunately we cannot refund items that have clearly been worn, washed, soiled or intentionally damaged. If in our opinion any of these situations apply to a returned item then we reserve the right to refusal of refund.

ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED AT THE CUSTOMERS EXPENSE AND ALL ORIGINAL DELIVERY CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. PLEASE USE A TRACKED SERVICE TO GUARANTEE A SAFE RETURN TO US. YOU MUST OBTAIN PROOF OF POSTAGE JUST IN CASE YOUR ORDER IS LOST ON ITS WAY BACK TO US. FAILURE TO DO SO MAY RESULT IN US NOT BEING ABLE TO PROCESS YOUR RETURN.
Please allow between 7-10 working days for your parcel to be returned to us and processed by our team. An automated email will be sent to you once your return has been processed and your funds should arrive via the original method of payment shortly after this. If you haven’t heard from us within a reasonable time please contact our Customer Service Team with your order number and details of the items returned.
We reserve the right not to refund you if you return items to us outside the terms of our Returns Policy.
International customers (we are based in the UK):
We ship worldwide from the UK, however please note that due to Brexit customs fees are possible.
Any customs fees are the responsibility of the customer and will not be reimbursed by us. Please check with your local mail service for information on what fees you may incur.
You will be required to meet the costs of the return, this includes postage and any associated import or customs costs where applicable.
Please use a tracked service to guarantee a safe return to us. You must obtain proof of postage just in case your order is lost on its way back to us. Failure to do so may result in us not being able to process your return.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).
No refunds or returns accepted for personalized or custom printed items, jewellery, body harnesses or any other items of a personal nature.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Cancellations
If you place an order but then decide that you no longer want the item(s) then you have the right to cancel your order and request a full refund, no questions asked.
If the goods have already shipped before the order is cancelled then you will be required to return the item and pay the return shipping cost of the items before we can issue the refund as per our 14 days right-to-return policy. We will not issue a refund until we receive all goods back, in full resale condition.
