Killers landed February 1981, Paul Di'Anno's second and last Maiden record, cut with Martin Birch producing at Battery Studios and Riggs's rain-soaked axeman Eddie on the sleeve. Twilight Zone, Wrathchild, Genghis Khan and the title track set the pattern for the band's early Machine Head-tour catalogue.
