Motorhead were forever a working band, and the road-crew shorthand on this hoodie leans into that reputation. Formed in London in 1975 out of Lemmy Kilmister's Hawkwind exit, the trio spent four decades between studios and stages: Ace of Spades (1980), No Sleep 'til Hammersmith (1981), 1916 (1991), all built on the same live-first ethos. "Crew" reads as a fan-appropriation of that same touring-band identity: on-side, on-tour, part of the operation.
