Disturbed formed in Chicago in 1994 with David Draiman on vocals, and broke wide with The Sickness (2000) carrying Down With The Sickness before Believe (2002), Ten Thousand Fists (2005) and Indestructible (2008) took the band through the mid-2000s. The Guy is the band's masked mascot, first drawn onto the Believe sleeve by David Finch in 2002, and returns here as the back-print portrait treatment.
