Buckcherry formed in Anaheim in 1995 around vocalist Josh Todd and guitarist Keith Nelson, and broke through with their 1999 self-titled debut and the single "Lit Up". The band's visual world has always sat in the late-nineties LA hard-rock continuum of leather, lightning, and back-alley imagery.
