CBGB & OMFUG opened at 315 Bowery in 1973 under Hilly Kristal, becoming the home of Television, the Ramones, Patti Smith, Blondie and Talking Heads through the late seventies before closing in October 2006. The Tape design pulls on the cassette-and-demo-circulation visual heritage of those earliest years, run as an all-over dye-sublimation print that wraps the entire body of the tee.
