The circle-framed skull-and-lightning-bolt is the Steal Your Face mark, drawn by Owsley Stanley and Bob Thomas in 1969 as a stage-rig identifier and fronted onto the 1976 double-live album of the same name. The half-red half-blue split against the lightning bolt is the Dead's tightest-known logo.

Woven polyester patch cut to 70 x 70mm, ready to sew onto denim, hoods, tour bags or a battle-jacket back panel. Sits alongside the wider Grateful Dead patch and pin catalogue in the ATC vault.
