Dr. Stein lands on the second half of Helloween's 1987 and 1988 Keeper diptych, cut in Hamburg with Tommy Newton and Tommy Hansen behind the board. Michael Kiske had just replaced Kai Hansen on the mic and the Frankenstein-riffing single became the German power-metal quartet's first UK Rock chart entry. The discharge-print artwork carries the horror-comic register the era's picture sleeves are still remembered for.
