Relics was released in May 1971 on Starline / Harvest, gathering pre-Meddle material from the band's first four years. The cover, a Nick Mason-drawn pseudo-mechanical contraption, has been one of the more-quoted Floyd sleeve images outside the major Hipgnosis covers.
