Order processing times: Most orders are processed within 5 working days, however, during busy times it could take up to 10 working days. Once the order has been processed it will be dispatched for shipping.

How long does shipping take?

In stock items will be dispatched as soon as it has been processed. 

Please note, we do not stock all 8000+ items, and have to order from our licensed partner at times which could cause a slight delay. We will however, get the item to you as quickly as possible. Once the item has been received we will dispatch it within 2 days.

Will I need to pay customs fees?
